The first is structural: have you ever heard of the "three-click rule"? This guideline states that visitors will generally not search any further than three clicks for your information. While you fall within this rule just fine, I did think that your second page, with the door graphic, wasn't a necessary click. You might consider going right from the opening house picture directly to your navigation page. : : The other suggestion has to do with clarification. You might consider adding text links to your navigation page, for those who may be browsing with image loading off. It will also help explain what info is in what "room" of your house. : : I really love the setup!
